KAPPA ALPHA PSI FRATERNITY, INC., EAST ST. LOUIS ALUMNI CHAPTER HOLDS ANNUAL HUGH KEY, II MEMORIAL PICNIC, AT FRANK HOLTEN STATE PARK.

Saturday, August 3 the men of the East St. Louis Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. held its’ annual Hugh Key, II Memorial Picnic, at Frank Holten State Park. Chairman of the picnic committee John Morgan did most of the cooking. Brother Charles Merritts provided the most off the refreshments there was plenty of everything and everyone who attended had a great time.
